Benefits
The State of Oklahoma benefit program gives each eligible employee an allowance to spend on his/her benefits selection. If the allowance is more than the cost of benefits selected, the employee receives the excess in taxable take home pay. If the allowance does not cover the cost of the benefits selected, the employee must make up the difference.
