The Department of Corrections contracts with Integris Corporate Assistance Program (CAP) to provide Employee Assistance services for DOC staff. Integris is a well known and highly respected provider of EAP services. They currently also provide EAP services for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and the Oklahoma State Department of Health.

You may contact Integris Corporate Assistance Services 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year at (800)-677-2729 or at (405)-947-2688 in the Oklahoma City metro area. Employees and their eligible family member(s) may receive up to a total of six counseling sessions per family, per calendar year, with the contract provider at no expense. All services are strictly confidential.
Any staff member requiring assistance with work related incidents involving workplace violence and critical incidents are asked to call (405)-425-7160 where a trained in-house licensed professional will assist you.
Staff members with workplace conflict issues such as employee/supervisor conflict related issues are encouraged to call (405)-425-2853.
