You may contact Integris Corporate Assistance Services 24 hours a day/seven days a week/ 365 days a year at 800-677-2729 or at 947-2688 in the Oklahoma City metro area. Employees are allowed up to six visits per calendar year at no cost. Please be assured that this is a confidential service. Integris will report only statistical information to the Department.
Please Note: Ken Skidmore will still be providing employee assistance services for work related issues including, but not limited to, conflict issues, incidents of workplace violence and critical incidents. Ken is located at the DOC administration building.
