If you or you know of an employee who has suffered a catastrophic event such as a fire, vehicle accident, etc., and is in need of assistance, please contact the hr.helpline@doc.state.ok.us. Please include the individual's name, work location, any other pertinent information, and a local contact person.
As a service for employees, the Human Resources Unit is providing a central location for employees who have suffered a catastrophic event or illness to request assistance from fellow employees.
The Oklahoma Department of Corrections recognizes that employees occasionally experience catastrophic events that cause them to need assistance. To address this, the director has authorized designated days as Pride days when the dress code will be relaxed for employees who choose to participate by donating to the Pride Day fund.
The agency’s ability to help employees with catastrophic needs depends on Pride day participation. Every employee is encouraged to participate in support of employees in need.
This agency is extremely proud to have employees who are dedicated to the protection of the American way of life and American freedoms as well as to liberating others who do not enjoy those same freedoms. To assist families that have a family member called to active duty, a resources page was developed.
