The Oklahoma Department of Corrections Workplace Conflict Management Group's mediation program is designed to help resolve employment related conflicts and disputes.  The program is free and discussions between the parties during the mediation hearing are confidential.

Mediation will allow you to resolve any employment related dispute you might have involving your supervisor, co-worker, or subordinate.  Mediation can also be used as an alternative to filing a formal grievance or used anytime during the grievance process.
